Facebook login data

Logging in with Facebook is only used to connect a WhatsApp Business Account to this platform. We do not store your Facebook profile or other Facebook account data. If you remove this app in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) and ask for its data to be deleted, Meta sends us the request and gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

WhatsApp Business data

To stop this platform from accessing your WhatsApp Business Account, use Disconnect on the WhatsApp page of your dashboard, or remove the app from your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Settings. Either way, we immediately delete the access token Meta issued for your account.

Deleting your account and messages

To delete your account and its stored messages, contacts and other data, email info@btavtechnologies.com from the email address on the account.
