The plan price is for the BTAV Connect panel only: inbox, chatbot, campaigns, team and support. Monthly or yearly + GST, paid by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay.
2. WhatsApp message charges — paid to Meta
Not included in any plan. Meta charges per message for templates and campaigns, and bills the card you add in your Meta Business account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. Meta's prices

Is GST included in the price?
No. Prices exclude GST; 18% GST is added at checkout, and every payment comes with a GST tax invoice by email.
Do I need to pay to start the free trial?
No. Pick a plan and start using it straight away. When the trial ends we email you, and you pay only if you want to continue — otherwise your account simply moves to the Free plan. There is one free trial per account.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 WhatsApp number, 1 team member, the inbox, 200 contacts, 500 broadcast messages a month, templates, a media library, and a QR code and wa.me link. Upgrade whenever you need more.
Can I add more team members, numbers or AI?
Yes. On any paid plan, add extra team members (₹149/month each), extra WhatsApp numbers (₹499/month each) from Billing, paid pro rata for the rest of the current period. AI is an add-on on any paid plan: ₹499/month plus ₹0.50–₹1 per AI message, paid from a prepaid AI wallet.
Who pays for WhatsApp's message charges?
Meta sets and bills its WhatsApp conversation charges directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. They are not part of these plans.
What does “WhatsApp numbers” mean?
How many business phone numbers you can connect — for example one for sales and one for support. Each number can chat with unlimited customers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Billing and pay only the difference for the rest of your current period.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets — securely through Razorpay.
