Service Delivery Policy

BTAV Connect is an online software service (SaaS) provided by BTAV Technologies Private Limited. Nothing is shipped physically; the service is delivered electronically through your web browser.

When you get access

• Your account is available immediately after you sign up.
• A paid plan is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, usually within seconds.
• An email or dashboard notice confirms activation, and an invoice is available on the Billing page.

Connecting WhatsApp

To send and receive WhatsApp messages you connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official sign-up, which takes about five minutes. Some steps, such as display-name and message-template approval, are decided by Meta and can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours.

Availability and support

The service runs online around the clock, apart from planned maintenance. If something isn't working, email info@btavtechnologies.com and we will respond within 2 working days.
