Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WhatsApp messaging platform provided by BTAV Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

The service

The platform connects your WhatsApp Business Account to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) so you can send and receive messages, run campaigns and chatbots, and manage conversations as a team. We act as a Meta Tech Provider: your WhatsApp Business Account remains yours, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Your responsibilities

  • Comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and applicable law.
  • Only message people who have given you permission, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
  • Do not send spam, unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and make sure your team members follow these terms.

Meta and WhatsApp

Message delivery, template approval, messaging limits, quality ratings and account reviews are decided by Meta. Meta may restrict or disable a WhatsApp Business Account or phone number for policy violations; we are not responsible for Meta's decisions, though we will show you what Meta reports.

Fees

Subscription fees and messaging charges are shown in your dashboard before you commit to them. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after reminder notices.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform and disconnect WhatsApp at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or Meta's policies, or that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your contacts' data through the platform.

Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by Meta, WhatsApp or other third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes through the dashboard or by email.
